You can call me a doula or a caregiver but as a postpartum care concierge, my primary goal is to empower, support,  and care for new moms.

How time in your home would be spent:

As a postpartum doula (newborn–3 mo.)

  • Sharing knowledge of newborn care with parents (swaddling, diapering, body wearing, feeding, calming, bathing)

  • Doing light housekeeping, baby laundry and errands

  • Teaching baby massage

  • Providing an ear for listening to birth story, fears, questions

  • Sharing local resources and referrals

  • Supporting baby feeding.

  • Discussing how to recognize baby’s hunger and tired cues.

  • Providing baby sleep support so Mom can get rest, shower, relax.

  • Preparing nutritious snacks and meals for Mom. 

  • Educating about child development, milestones

As a childcare provider (3 mo. – 1 year)

  • seeing to the welfare of the baby

  • maintaining feeding schedule

  • taking walks & stimulating through play

  • observing established sleep schedule

  • nurturing and loving
